OTTO Engineering is seeking a full-time Tool and Die Maker responsible for leading tool development and debugging new dies. This role involves working with blueprint reading, GDT knowledge, SPC understanding, and operating various inspection equipment. The successful candidate will fabricate tooling, maintain records, set up dies, and troubleshoot issues during the part approval process. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects.
