Description
The Tool & Die Technician maintains, reworks, fabricates, repairs, and adjusts dies and tooling to support production, performs changeovers, and collaborates with Tool Room, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. The role requires 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting dies, operating standard and specialized tool-room equipment, reading blueprints and drawings, working to close tolerances, and maintaining tooling documentation and equipment. The position reports to the Tool Room Supervisor and requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, and occasional overtime, extended shifts, and weekends.
