The role involves setting up, operating, and retooling CNC machines; machining and finishing tools; quality inspection; process optimization; safety compliance; and maintaining a clean workplace. Candidates need toolmaking or comparable technical training, CNC experience, technical process knowledge, shift availability, and good German language skills. The position offers permanent employment, above-tariff pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, protective equipment, and potential client-site transfer.
