Description
The Wax Die Maintenance Technician analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair wax injection molds, metalworking dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools. The role requires mechanical troubleshooting, tight-tolerance machining, CNC operation, CAD/CAM work, and the ability to work any shift, including second, third, and weekend shifts. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of toolmaker, CNC programming, and injection die or mold maintenance experience or training, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
