Description
The Downhole Tool Assistant coordinates, performs quality assurance and quality control, and executes Fortress processes for the Cyclops Setting Tool product line. Responsibilities include coordinating tool pickup and delivery with customer field representatives, washing, tearing down, and rebuilding tools under supervision, reporting recycling-program steps through iFortress software, maintaining equipment, and assisting with tool deliveries. The role requires a day-shift schedule, rotational availability, local availability, mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and 1–5 years of relevant manufacturing, warehouse, or manual-labor experience.
