Productivity Inc. is hiring a Tool Crib & VMI Specialist (Field Service) in Plymouth, Minnesota, with approximately 40% regional travel. The role installs, optimizes, and maintains automated tool vending and inventory systems at customer manufacturing facilities, conducts tooling audits, trains client teams, provides software and hardware support, and supports internal warehouse operations. Candidates need at least three years of tool crib, industrial inventory, or related machining/manufacturing experience, cutting-tool literacy, Excel and computer skills, customer-service ability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel by car or airplane.
