Description
The Tool Crib Associate I is an entry-level, on-site inventory and tool-control role supporting field and shop personnel. The position issues and receives tools, records tool movement in an inventory system, identifies manual, pneumatic, and electrical tools, maintains an organized crib using 5S, verifies incoming inventory, visually inspects returned tools, and helps prepare tool kits for field deliveries. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of warehouse, logistics, or construction-related experience, basic computer and data-entry skills, attention to detail, communication, safety compliance, and willingness to learn automated dispensing-system troubleshooting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with occasional overtime; compensation is $17.79–$23.32 per hour.
