Description
The Tooling Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by managing, issuing, maintaining, and tracking tooling, gages, fixtures, setup kits, and related materials. The role includes maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating tooling delivery and staging, supporting continuous improvement and quality programs, and resolving shortages or discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams. A high school diploma or GED and at least three years of manufacturing experience are required; warehouse, tool crib, inventory control, and tooling experience are preferred. The position is based in Winsted, Connecticut, requires legal authorization to work in the United States, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
