Description
The role combines aerospace tooling fabrication with engineering management, including designing, fabricating, assembling, testing, repairing, and improving jigs, fixtures, forms, templates, and related tooling; coordinating technical activities; developing manufacturing, engineering, and quality standards; managing personnel and department budgets; and solving manufacturing and process problems. It requires either a four-year engineering degree plus eight years of aerospace engineering experience or at least 12 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
