Description
The Tooling Designer will design, modify, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, jigs, and support equipment, including tooling for CNC 5-axis machining. The role covers 3D modeling, GD&T, validation, documentation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers. Candidates need a college diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or design field, 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with CATIA V5 and PLM environments.
