Description
The Tool Designer will design and support the production of forging tools throughout the forging facility, develop 3D forging models and 2D drawings for quotations, validate designs with FEA simulation software, support product development and customer due dates, and solve shop-floor problems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of relevant experience, GD&T knowledge, 3D solid-modeling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency. Compensation is $25.57–$34.09 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, vacation, holiday, sick-time, bonus, and tuition-reimbursement benefits.
