Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer collaborates with program management, engineering, procurement, and supplier management teams to ensure procurements meet customer and internal requirements. The role defines supplier statements of work, maintains the approved supplier list, manages waivers, deviations, discrepancy reporting, non-conformance evaluations, corrective and preventive actions, source inspections, and shipment documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing experience, GD&T knowledge, technical writing, Microsoft software proficiency, and 3D CAD experience; a secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are also required.
