Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Tooling Manager 3 in Clearfield, Utah, to lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting multiple programs and sites. The role oversees tool engineering, design, fabrication, metrology, prototype and developmental tooling, maintenance, control, accountability, and procurement; manages a team of approximately 50 employees; and is responsible for quality, cost, schedule, customer satisfaction, staffing, training, capital planning, and Earned Value Management System compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience, or a master’s degree and 5 years, or a PhD and 2 years, plus three years of team or project leadership experience. The primary salary range is $151,500 to $227,300, with possible overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and benefits.
