Description
The Tooling Engineering Manager leads a team of Tool Engineers and Tool Designers responsible for designing, developing, and implementing industrial machinery, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, prototype models, and machine attachments for AMMM production or experimental use. The role manages subordinate employees, coordinates with tooling, jig, inspection, production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer stakeholders, and represents the organization on technical contracts and projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, at least eight years of engineering, lead, supervisory, or managerial experience, and proficiency with CAD/CAM, Catia, GT&D, and AI prompting. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
