The Tool Grinder will sharpen cutting tools on CNC machines, primarily Walter machines, and perform milling and grinding operations. The role involves reading technical drawings, setting up and programming machines, manufacturing individual parts and small batches, checking tool dimensions and geometry, and collaborating with production and quality control teams. Candidates need experience in CNC tool sharpening or precision machining, preferably with Walter machines and 5-axis machines, along with milling and mechanical-drawing skills.
