Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Tool Install Engineer to provide technical leadership for semiconductor tool installation projects. The role covers instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems; design review; installation planning; construction support; commissioning; system integration; and coordination with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. The engineer will evaluate engineering documentation, resolve field issues, support PLC, SCADA, DCS, field instrumentation, control panels, power distribution, and other systems, and use BIM and coordination tools such as Revit and Navisworks. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of supporting instrumentation, controls, electrical engineering, construction engineering, tool installation, or industrial project execution are required.
