Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing is hiring an onsite construction and tool-installation project leader in Phoenix, Arizona. Reporting to the Tool Install Manager, the role oversees equipment readiness, commissioning, construction resources, vendors, procurement, logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional execution for semiconductor factory tool-install projects. It leads engineers, technicians, suppliers, and construction teams, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates factory tool-install and qualification ramps. The role requires a technical bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 2+ years, and is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
