Description
The Semiconductor Tool Installation and Commissioning Engineer owns tool installation and commissioning scopes from planning through qualification and handoff to operations. The role develops installation plans, coordinates equipment suppliers and contractors, leads FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning activities, validates field execution against approved designs, manages risks and documentation, and supports the transition to production in Class 100/1000 cleanroom environments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and technical training, 5–6 years of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience, and the ability to work compressed schedules and handle hazardous materials.
