Daniel Defense is hiring a Tool Maker 1 to participate in an apprenticeship or on-the-job training program while learning to build, repair, maintain, and service work-holding fixtures, hydraulic tombstones, jigs, dies, gauges, and tools. The role also involves setting up and operating manual machines, reading blueprints, maintaining inventory and work areas, and following safety and quality procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma, 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience in a metalworking environment or related experience, mechanical aptitude, shop math knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to work under moderate supervision and varying shifts or weekends as needed.
