Description
The Tool Maker will use lathes, mills, surface grinders, and other tool-room equipment to create, modify, and maintain tooling and fixtures for production. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up and operating machines, repairing or requisitioning parts, maintaining tool condition, and supporting production and process engineering teams. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of fixture-building and maintenance experience, and strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and safety skills.
