Rotating Machinery Services Inc. is hiring a full-time Tool Maker / Toolmaker Machinist in Chicopee to manufacture, modify, repair, and maintain precision tooling, fixtures, gauges, and special equipment for CNC machining and assembly operations. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T, selecting materials and machining parameters, performing precision fitting and finishing, inspecting tooling, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with manufacturing, programming, quality, and production teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of tool-making or skilled machinist experience, and experience working to tolerances of ±0.0001 inches or better; CNC machining, CAD, and industrial manufacturing experience are preferred.
