The role involves installing and removing tools on injection molding machines, starting and optimizing machines after tool changes, monitoring production, changing materials, resolving minor malfunctions, cleaning and servicing tools, and inspecting and documenting manufactured parts. Candidates need initial hands-on experience as a tool molder, setup technician, or machine operator, technical understanding and safe tool handling, shift-system flexibility, and a reliable, independent, motivated working style.
