Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Industrial Mechanic for an afternoon shift in Cambridge, Ontario. The role assembles, sets up, tests, commissions, troubleshoots, and repairs custom automated manufacturing systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, electrical sensing components, power transmission systems, and conveyor systems. The position requires reading engineering drawings, performing heavy lifts, using lifting equipment, traveling to customer locations, and holding a valid driver’s license, MVR, and passport. Candidates need a millwright, tool-and-die, ironworker, or equivalent qualification and at least five years of industrial manufacturing experience; Z299/N299 energy-project experience, heavy-machinery experience, and Candu refurbishment knowledge are assets. Compensation is $36.00-$44.00 per hour, with RRSP, health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and paid leave benefits.
