Adval Tech Group is hiring a Tooling & Process Validation Specialist for its Medical site in Grenchen, Switzerland, starting in 2027 at 80–100% capacity. The role plans, coordinates, and independently executes injection-molding tool qualification and sampling, conducts Design of Experiments, documents GMP-compliant validation activities, and optimizes injection-molding processes. Candidates need technical vocational training, plastics or process engineering knowledge, ISO 13485 and GMP knowledge, several years of plastics-processing experience, regulated-environment experience, quality-deviations and CAPA knowledge, and strong German and English skills.
