Description
The Tooling Coordinator maintains and coordinates tooling, calibration work orders, shipments, inventory, purchase orders, warranty records, and billing reports for FieldCore’s warehouse and field-service operations. The role requires tracking open work orders, ensuring kits are complete and calibrated, coordinating timely delivery of parts and kits, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting field assignments that may require travel, holidays, weekends, and overtime. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or two years of sourcing-related experience, or a high school diploma with five years of logistics planning and execution experience, plus the ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
