Amazon Leo is hiring a Tooling Engineer to develop, design, analyze, and implement custom tooling and equipment for assembling and testing satellites throughout the product lifecycle. The role includes converting technical requirements into user-friendly systems, managing projects, timelines, costs, fabrication, testing, and commissioning, and supporting tooling from R&D through production. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, at least four years of mechanical engineering experience, CAD and structural analysis experience, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. The position is based in Kirkland or Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of $117,300 to $160,000 annually.
