Flex is hiring a Repair Engineer (Tooling Engineer) for its Mold Maintenance and Repair Department. The role focuses on ensuring the reliable, safe, and uninterrupted operation of injection molds and process tooling by preparing repair specifications, supporting new tooling launches, analyzing tooling failures, coordinating with suppliers and the mechanical workshop, maintaining technical documentation, and optimizing repair costs. Candidates need experience with injection molds, injection molding processes, mold design, root-cause analysis, and technical communication; external-supplier experience, ISO knowledge, and English proficiency are preferred.
