BETA Technologies is hiring a Composites Tooling Engineer to design, validate, release, and continuously improve molds, fixtures, cure tooling, and supporting equipment for safe, repeatable, and scalable composite-part production. The role partners with manufacturing, design engineering, quality, and suppliers; supports composite process development and scale-up; and requires regular presence on the production floor in Burlington or South Burlington, Vermont. The position offers $85,000–$115,000 USD in base compensation plus stock units and healthcare benefits.
