SMC Ltd. is hiring a Tooling Engineer at the I, II, or III level to support sustaining and new injection-molding projects. The role manages mold procurement, tool suppliers, deliveries, cost estimates, design reviews, tooling changes, and customer-facing product design reviews. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and experience ranging from 0–3 years for the I level to 7+ years for the III level; experience in medical device manufacturing and knowledge of validation and regulatory requirements are desirable. The position is open to candidates within a commutable distance to Santa Rosa, California, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
