Description
The Tooling Engineering Manager leads the Tool & Die department, developing and documenting tools and dies for engineering and manufacturing projects. The role oversees CAD systems, project costs and schedules, vendor selection, client presentations, quality reviews, internal delegation, and process improvements, while mentoring tooling employees and owning tooling design for product families. A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of machining or design experience are required; a master’s degree is preferred.
