FORVIA is hiring a leader to manage tooling, equipment, and process development for its CN division interior scope, including injection, postprocess, wrapping, slush, and foaming. The role oversees a large technical team of up to 50 members, driving domestic and overseas program milestones, supplier timing and performance, team capability building, and an innovation-focused tooling and process roadmap. The position requires deep tooling and equipment experience, strong people leadership, cross-functional influence, and advanced engineering education.
