Description
The Tooling Manager supports Spirit AeroSystems’ commercial aerostructures business by overseeing employee safety, attendance, productivity, training, certifications, cross-functional communication, and process and quality improvements. The role requires a second- or third-shift schedule and at least five years of tooling or related manufacturing experience, with additional experience in fabrication, rework, support shops, machine and jig fabrication, tool and die, and composite tooling preferred. The position offers a summary pay range of $77,950 to $119,500 and includes eligible health insurance and other benefit programs.
