Description
Metalsa is hiring a Tooling Group Leader at its Elizabethtown facility to supervise toolmakers and manage tool-room operations for progressive and transfer dies, including destacker, blanking, and roll-form processes. The role oversees tooling maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance, production prioritization, manpower and die-protection plans, quality and QDC initiatives, 5S and ISO/TS compliance, spare-parts availability, training, engineering changes, and shift assignments. Candidates need an associate degree in engineering or a related field with seven years of toolmaker experience, or 10+ years as a toolmaker, plus four or more years of leadership experience in a unionized automotive or industrial manufacturing environment and tool-and-die Class C experience.
