Flex is hiring a Tooling Manager in Batam, Indonesia to manage tooling requisitions from prototype or complex designs through mass production, oversee mold improvements, repairs, engineering change notices, and preventive maintenance, develop and improve manufacturing processes, analyze tooling and process efficiency, implement quality and safety training, and generate cost-reduction ideas. The role typically requires 10 years of tooling or mold design experience and expert functional, technical, people, process, and customer relationship management skills.
