Description
IAC is hiring a permanent, full-time Tool/Mold Maker for the 3rd shift (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) at its Arlington, Texas facility. The role involves setting up and operating lathes, milling machines, electrical discharge machines, and grinders; assembling and disassembling tools; repairing and maintaining injection molds; welding; building fixtures and gauges; completing engineering changes; and performing project leader duties. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, broad molding and injection mold repair knowledge, 5–10 years of mold-making, repair, and maintenance experience, and strong stoning and polishing experience.
