Description
The Tooling Supervisor supports production and tooling operations in a team-based environment by communicating goals, assigning work, monitoring schedules, and enforcing safety, quality, cost, and attendance standards. The role supervises two toolmakers, apprentices, and specialists; maintains tool-room schedules, job-track sheets, C/A and debug schedules, payroll records, and employee reviews; and ensures training for less experienced employees. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 10–15 years of tool-making experience, required coursework, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
