Description
Molex is hiring a Tooling Supervisor in El Salto, Jalisco, to lead and coordinate the Tooling department and ensure the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of tooling, fixtures, molds, devices, and auxiliary production equipment. The role oversees maintenance programs, fabrication and repair, root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, training, staffing, budgets, inventory, spare parts, and supplier relationships. Candidates need an engineering degree, B2 English, at least two years of tooling maintenance supervision experience, and knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and 5S environments.
