Description
Linked, LLC is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Tooling Supervisor for its build shop. The role leads an 11-person tooling team, coordinates production schedules, supports tooling repairs, modifications, maintenance, tryouts, and troubleshooting, and works with Production, Engineering, Quality, and outside vendors. The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, tooling and manufacturing knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to lead while remaining hands-on; bench capability is preferred but not required. The schedule is a day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with pay of $95,000–$115,000 based on experience.
