Description
Millat Industries is hiring a Tooling Technician - 2nd Shift for its production department. The role performs cutting insert rotations and changes, sets solid carbide tools, enters tooling data, maintains RFID chips, and troubleshoots cutting tool issues. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of combined machining, cutting-tool, tool-setting, or high-volume manufacturing experience, familiarity with MS Office, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and reliability. The schedule is approximately 40–45 hours per week, primarily 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
