Molex is hiring a Tooling Technician in Haibara-gun, Shizuoka to machine core parts that affect the shape of connector tooling, including die-casting and press-tool components. The role uses grinding, electrical discharge, and cutting machines to perform fine, high-precision machining on steel and carbide materials. Applicants should have confidence in detailed work, fluent Japanese at a business-advanced level, and preferably experience with metal machining or one of the listed tooling processes; English is not required, and new hires may receive onboarding training.
