The role combines epoxy and composite fabrication, EPS foam shaping, woodworking, metal fabrication, welding, measurement, finishing, inspection, and safe shop operations. Candidates need prior experience with epoxy application, composites, fiberglass, or boat building, along with hands-on fabrication, tool, blueprint, and welding skills. The position pays $18.00–$28.00 per hour and offers health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, a 401(k), weekly pay, and paid time off after 90 days.
