Biomerics is hiring a Tool and Die Maker to maintain, rebuild, modify, and fabricate replacement parts for assigned tools, troubleshoot tools, and support the pressroom. The role involves inspecting parts and tools, reading blueprints, using precision measuring and gauging tools, operating a dry manual surface grinder, producing and assembling jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies, testing dies, updating shop prints, recording work, and collaborating with product designers. Applicants need formal apprenticeship or in-company training, at least 3–5 years of surface-grinding experience, and die-and-mold shop experience.
