BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is hiring a Toolmaker / Industrial Mechanic / Precision Mechanic in Ennepetal for a long-term, full-time assignment through employee leasing. The role involves prototype construction, trade-fair and training displays, small-batch production, component manufacturing from drawings, process optimization, and support for special-purpose machines and fixtures. Candidates need Toolmaker, Industrial Mechanic, or Precision Mechanic training or a comparable qualification, manual skills with metal, plastic, and wood, technical drawing ability, and precision; CNC milling experience is desirable but not mandatory. The assignment offers 35–40 working hours per day, shift work, above-agreement pay, bonuses, vacation, a company vehicle, and private supplementary health insurance.
