Description
The Tool & Die Manager leads the Tool & Die Manufacturing Engineering team and oversees the lifecycle management of stamping assets, toolroom operations, maintenance programs, dimensional integrity, safety, continuous improvement, metrology, and departmental budgets. The role requires expert knowledge of skin-panel and Class A surface production, draw-die development, spring-back compensation, GOM and CMM data, and management of large technical teams. Candidates must have a mechanical engineering diploma or degree plus a tool-and-die making trade, at least 10 years of automotive stamping experience, and at least 5 years focused on skin-panel or Class A surface production.
