Description
The iOS Device Quality Engineer will test firmware and ensure high quality for Apple’s next-generation human interface devices. The role involves understanding microcontroller-based embedded systems, developing and executing manual and automated test plans, building test fixtures and Python automation tools, documenting test cases, tracking performance, and partnering with development and human factors teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant industry experience, embedded systems experience, and experience with AI-powered development tools; firmware, Python, hardware debugging, and C/C++ experience are preferred.
