Trimble is hiring a Software Engineer to build and maintain core tools for the production and testing of GPS receivers in Sunnyvale, California. The role owns the full software development lifecycle, develops maintainable architectures and automation applications, partners with systems, hardware, and software teams, and addresses complex manufacturing and engineering challenges. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of software engineering experience with Visual Studio .NET, C++ or C#, and Python 3.x, along with experience in requirements-driven architecture, configuration management, relational databases, GUI development, and related fields. The position is on-site, requires eligibility for a DOD secret clearance, and offers a salary of $138,700 to $190,700 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
