Description
The Observability & Enterprise Monitoring Engineer will administer, optimize, integrate, and maintain enterprise-scale SolarWinds monitoring platforms, including NPM, NCM, NTA, SAM, Orion, and SWOSH. The role covers polling infrastructure, database and backup operations, network discovery, configuration management, topology visualization, alert tuning, ITSM integrations, dashboards, AIOps, vendor coordination, API integrations, and troubleshooting of platform performance and telemetry issues. Required expertise includes SolarWinds, OpenText NNMi, Splunk, SNMP, WMI, WinRM, Syslog, NetFlow/sFlow, observability, cloud and hybrid environments, Windows and Linux administration, SQL, networking, and ITSM.
