Description
The Mold Tool Setter supports uninterrupted injection-molding production by installing, preparing, inspecting, repairing, and documenting molds and tooling. The role involves interpreting drawings and setup sheets, using hand and power tools, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, performing quality checks, and following plant safety and Lean 5S procedures. A high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of mold-setting experience in an injection-molding environment are required, along with mechanical and electrical abilities, blueprint-reading, communication, and injection-molding skills.
