The Wireless Tower Construction Crew Lead reviews construction drawings, directs and supervises crew members, teaches less experienced workers, verifies materials and equipment, inspects vehicles and safety gear, leads daily safety meetings, reports deviations, maintains a clean and orderly site, documents completed work, and prepares for the next job. The role requires wireless construction knowledge, rigging and crane experience, telecom systems familiarity, fiber and drawing interpretation, OTDR and fusion skills, strong safety practices, outdoor work, a valid Canadian driver’s license, and authorization to work in Canada.
