Interstate Waste Services is seeking a highly skilled operator to manage top pick (container lifter/reacher-stacker) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maneuvering large containers, loading them onto railcars, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role requires effective communication with staff and drivers using handheld radios and CBs, routine equipment inspection, and a thorough understanding of machine capabilities. The ideal candidate will also maintain an efficient workflow to minimize congestion and comply with OSHA standards while working outdoors in varying conditions.
